Adore this notebook.

Fantastic equipment but DVD / CD push broken

Acquired 1 from Amazon and arrived following working day – great support. Extremely disappointed to uncover the DVD drive was broken. Was generating some odd noises from the very first time it was driven up, and wouldn’t study any of my CDs. NOT Amazed Sony… Value me £11 to deliver again recorded post and had to devote time I dont have boxing it again up, printing return labels and having it to the put up office. The joys of internet buying I guess.Edit to update – I have experienced the alternative laptop computer for many months now and it has been very great. Battery existence just isn’t great (I set it to eighty% limit) and the mouse isn’t fantastic but the rest of the machine is all very good.Changed from 2 to 4 stars.
